A student shares concerning/confident/private information to you, what should you do?
Notify SL/ASL immediately. Do not ask the student questions, allow the student to share on their own. Do not give the student advice. Follow your leads instruction as to what is next. (ex. includes, filing a CPS report, documenting what was said to you via email and sending it to SL etc.)
