Cash First!!!! Type of the amount of cash they want to pay with and then either hit your name for them to swipe a card or charge the card on file.
If they are using 2 cards and want to do half on one and half on the other, First you need to click on the type of card it is and how much is going on that card and then the second card click on your name to insert the second card.
