- You must freeze by the end of the month prior to the month you want to be frozen for (freeze by June 30th to be frozen for July).
- You will be charged $5/Month while you're frozen
- Beaches will reimburse you $5, plus $2 =$7 as in-store credit

Minors 14-17 must have parent consent form every single time they come in to tan.

What is the difference between UVA and UVB rays?
UVA: Rays that will make your skin more of a bronzed color and penetrate deeper
UVB: Burning Rays that activate tanning production (more of a red color)
What is the 5 lotion pull down?
Pulling down 5 different lotions, walking around the counter, and explaining each one to the customer. Let the customer smell each one and keep the lotions in front of them.
Include: Face lotion, Bronzer, Intensifier, Tan extender, and then a lotion of your choice
What is the policy on negative fees?
Always tell them about their negative balance- IN A NICE WAY.
They must pay the total before they can use their BC again.
They can pay for a single tan or a 10 pass.
The fee can be waived by customer service after 4 MONTHS, if they decide to re-sign up for a Beach Club
