Unequal Burdens
Liam has been consistently putting in extra hours, often staying late to troubleshoot issues. He's observed that Chloe, while present during working hours, frequently takes longer breaks, seems distracted, and often needs more time to complete her assigned tasks. Liam finds himself regularly picking up the slack, either by taking on additional parts of Chloe's work or by re-doing work he feels aren't up to standard.
Liam is growing increasingly frustrated. He believes he's carrying an unequal share of the workload, impacting his own work-life balance and overall job satisfaction. He's hesitant to speak to Chloe directly, fearing it could create an awkward or confrontational situation. He also doesn't want to seem like he's "tattling" to Maria, the supervisor, but the resentment is building.
