Everyone has this function of motivation. It is what keeps you doing the things needed to stay alive.
Biological Motivation - The motivation to complete basic survival tasks such as eats, drinking, shelter, and safety.
When you feel as though you could be spending your time on more important tasks, someone could say you have "Task _______"
Task Aversion - The feeling that your time could be spent doing another thing therefore you put off the task at hand.
