How do you know which hook to hang your backpack on?
Your hook will be the same each day- it will be the hook with your lunch tag in alphabetically order.
What do you do when I say, "Chairs please."
What does Transitioning mean?
Transitioning means moving from one place to another.
When can you not use the restroom?
During Whole Group when the teacher is teaching the entire class.
What do we start each day with before walking into the classroom?
A strong handshake.
When do you make your lunch choice?
After I have set my backpack on the hook in the morning and sat down at my desk.
What happens if you get a Compliment from a teacher?
You add a letter to the PACK-PARTY!
When is it OK to eat a snack?
Anytime except Whole Group- make sure to clean up and keep the snack small.
Why do you flip over your Communication Folder and leave it on the desk?
So Mr. Felder can give you Citizenship Points and Tickets from the previous day.
Why is eating a lunch important for your daily learning?
Lunch gives you energy to stay focused, interact with your classmates and make a positive learning environment.
What happens to the line if someone is talking?
It is no longer a silent line and you will stop where you are.
If I ask you to Level Up to 7, how many tickets will receive the next day?
If you Level Up to 7, you will receive two tickets the next day.
Level 6 is one ticket.
What 3 things do I look for in a handshake?
1. Eye contact
2. Strong grip
3. Repeat "Good morning"
What is the difference between a snack and lunch?
Lunch is there to actually feed you and give you the energy and calories you need.
What do gaps in the line do?
Gaps in the line create multiple lines, instead of one straight line.
Why do we use "sir" and "ma'am" to our teachers?
It shows that you respect their teaching and authority.
Mr. Felder says "sir" and "ma'am" when answering your questions.
Why do we clap when a classmate is done sharing their Good Morning?

Why is it important to learn the class rules and get used to the procedures before beginning ELA, Writing, Math or Science?
Practicing procedures now will help you to use them when they actually matter- when we begin our normal class schedule.
