Your member begins stealing food from a store that they frequent. Your member does not have a history of stealing. Your member steals the food and eats it without paying for it. When asked about it, your member shares that they did not have money and wanted the snack.

Note this as "Other behavior" + Write about it in the descriptive part of the note or in "notes to supervisor" section.

"When a member engages in high-risk behavior, Coaches should support them by having their nearest staff or guardian follow the crisis/safety and support plan. This is a written, agreed-upon procedure that helps outline ways to provide support during escalation and the appropriate level of response."
