Physical
A resident is getting a tray in her suite for lunch. She does not like the food she was served. Resident states she has been waiting for an hour and says you are useless, the resident proceeds to spit at you.
Resident Aggression
During a routine fire drill a resident comes to the concierge desk and begins to complain how the drill is an inconvenience and is disrupting their day.
Irritable/Frustrated/Agitated
Resident is hearing voices and feels like someone is out to get them.
Paranoia
Sexual Aggression
A resident pushes their pendant to be escorted to their meal. When you arrive to take them, the resident is yelling and panicking as they can not locate their purse. The resident refuses to leave without it.
Anxious/Stressed
Resident continues to wander all night, the Nurse and RCPs redirect the resident to bed. 30 minutes later the resident i wandering again.
Sleeplessness
Resident takes multiple items from the Fitness Centre, when asked to leave some for others the resident then becomes aggressive towards the staff.
Hoarding
Residents are asked to quarantine during the pandemic and feel discouraged coming to programs.
Isolated/Withdrawn
Resident comes down at 1:00PM, they are seated in the dining room and ask what is on the menu for breakfast. The server informs the resident that it is lunch time.
