What is a Lockdown used for?
The Lockdown action is called when there is a severe threat inside or outside of the building.

The Secure action is called when there is a threat or hazard outside of the building.

What is an Evacuation used for?
Evacuate is called when there is a safety concern within a portion or the whole building.
