what do we do if we miss a meeting day? 

we can do the things we needed to do at the next meeting day.

how much time do we do the meeting for?

about 5 minutes - 1 hour

do we make a meeting if it is not a meeting day?

no we do not do a meeting because john and vivian need to do the meeting.

how do we make rules? 

you ask the leader vivian kelsey ziizii if we can make the rule and the leaders diside if we make that rule or we do not go with that.
