The BRC is available to you and your covered dependents as a part of your Benefits program to help you enroll in benefits, understand and use your benefits, resolve claim and billing issues, assist with filing for leave of absence, and answering questions about your benefits options.

Employees hired January 1, 2025, and later will automatically be enrolled in the 401k plan at a 3% contribution rate. Employee can opt-out within the first 90 days of employment. Annually, the contribution rate will increase 1% to a maximum of 10%.
When should a New Hire enroll in benefits?
A New Hire must enroll within 30 days from the date of hire or effective date of gaining eligibility for a benefits-eligible position.Benefits will begin the first of the month following your date of hire or date of status change.

Trilogy provides up to six (6) weeks of paid leave to any eligible employee who becomes a parent through birth or adoption on or after April 1, 2023, to allow the employee time to bond with the new child.
