What needs to be ready for final audits?

  1. All residents are set to the ACTIVE status, all contracts, addendums, and check in paperwork need to be in your SP25 binders. The residents' Propertyware apartment number and their TIS apartment number need to match. All residents should be in Rent roll/ Custom fields with the correct Target rents, discounts, and "Has this resident lived here before?" all charges should be accurate with correct pricing and dates.
