Clinicians should make an effort to respond to emails and texts, excluding weekends and holidays, within this time frame.

The client will be aware that sessions with the clinician are considered this level of emergency.
What is non-emergency and by appointment only?
Beyond Dreams' policy is to seek consent of all legal guardians in these situations.
What is divorce or custody situations?
This is when Beyond Dreams will collect all fees for therapy sessions.
What is at the time of service?
Firewalls, antivirus software, regular password changes, and encryption methods are used for this purpose.
What is protect record and maintain security?
Clients may accept consent to services and deny/revoke consent to this at any time.
What is observation and ROIs with program/services?
This is what the therapist should do if they believe an individual’s therapeutic focuses are outside of their level of competence?
What is refer, terminate, or consult?
The Voluntary Consent for Psychotherapeutic Services form is signed in addition to the disclosure statement for clients between these ages.
What is between the ages of 12 and 14 years old?
Without insurance coverage or any reduced pricing, this is the fee for one 60-minute session.
What is $125?
This is how a clinician should support communication with legal guardians of minors under 15 (who have not completed the Voluntary Consent for Psychotherapeutic Services).
What is emailing both legal guardians?
Clients may request access to records within this time frame.

This is how much a client may be charged if they cancel within 24 hours of the session or fail to show up for session.
What is the amount of a full session?
This is the exception to the requirement for receiving signed consents from both guardians for clients under 12.
What are court ordered custodial right agreements?
After this number of days from the date of service a client’s account shall be considered past due.
What is 30 days?
A client is presenting as a danger to self or others, there is indication of abuse or neglect to a vulnerable person, there is a court order means this.
What are exceptions to confidentiality?
Client information will only be shared to outside organizations in this condition.
What is if the client has signed an ROI before this communication occurs?
This is the amount of time that, if it passes without any communication from the client, Beyond Dreams will consider the client’s services terminated.
