Directs/manages overall daily operations of the designated Clubhouse with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community relations and membership administration.
What is a Clubhouse Director?
To maintain consistency among staff when dealing with Club members, all staff are required to be familiar with and endorse these.
What are club rules?
To develop young people’s capacity to engage in positive behaviors that nurture their own well-being, set personal goals and live successfully as self-sufficient adults
What is Health & Life Skills?
Promotes financial responsibility and independence among Club members ages 13 to 18. Participants learn how to manage a checking account, create a budget, save and invest, start small businesses and pay for college.
What is Money Matters?
Is responsible for managing the strategic plan and operation of the Club, in support of organizational mission and goals. Collaborate with the Board of Directors in developing organizational goals, attaining/allocating resources, and establishing policies. Provides direction to staff in carrying out the key roles assigned to them.
What is a Chief Executive Officer?
Professional Dress and Image Staff shirt at all times. Hair combed, neat shave, body clean. Tennis shoes accessible at work at all times. No cellphone use while on duty unless related to business (in which they can call you at work; limit 5 min once a day).

Promotes and teaches responsibility in Club boys ages 11 to 14.
What is Passport to Manhood?
This employee establishes positive relationships with club members and their parents or guardians. Displays a high level of enthusiasm, energy and commitment. Continually strives to develop positive values and ethical behavior in members through teaching, discussion and modeling.
What is a Youth Development Mentor?
This form must be completed if you request items to be purchased or reimbursed from the organization.
What is a Request for Funds/Money Form?
help develop fitness, a positive use of leisure time, reduction of stress, appreciation for the environment and social and interpersonal skills.
What is Sports/Fitness/and Recreation?
This employee provides seasonal athletic leagues (Flag football, basketball, track and tennis) and actively engages youth to participate in a variety of programs that focus on physical fitness, awareness, obesity, and play.
What is an Athletic Director/ Athletic Coordinator?
This is a book that comes in (3) copies. One is given to the parent, another to the administrator, the other remains in the book as a reference.
What is a receipt book?
Three approaches: academic enrichment and school engagement; targeted dropout prevention; and intensive intervention and case management. Our aim is to ensure that all Club members graduate from high school on time, ready for a post-secondary education and a 21st-century career.
What is Education and Career?
This employee directs the identification, research, cultivation and solicitation of planned gift prospects and donors. Prepares correspondence, proposals and reports. Conducts face-to-face solicitations, involving Club executives and key volunteers, as appropriate.
