It is God three in one, God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each one is fully God. Water example (solid, liquid, gas, but all H2O)

Why is it called salvation?
Sin leads to death. When Jesus died for our sins and was the perfect sacrifice, He took the death that we deserved to have for our own sins. He dies so that we may have life!
Conviction of sin, humbling of pride, recognition of and obedience to God, transformation from spiritual blindness to spiritual sight, seeking the Lord in prayer, fellowship with the Lord's people, a life under the control of the Holy Spirit, and new purpose and direction with God's will.
