Sin is what separates us from God. Before Adam sinned, he and Eve lived with God.

Salvation come from Jesus Christ!!

About a week after Jesus went to heaven to be with God the Father!

Over 40 different people wrote the Bible!
Each one was inspired by God to write His Word.

What are the consequences of sin?
Romans 6:23
Death! The Bible says the consequence of sin is death.
If we do not receive the salvation of Jesus, we will not live eternally with him in heaven. By rejecting Jesus, people choose instead eternal death in hell.
Where is Jesus now?
John 14:2-3
Jesus is in heaven with God the Father. He will return to earth one day so Christians can be with Him forever.
How can we be saved?
We are saved by GRACE through Faith.
Faith means believing that Jesus is God and that he died and rose again to save us from our sins.
Believe in Jesus!
Where is the Holy Spirit today?
1 Corinthians 6:19
Because he is God, the Holy Spirit is everywhere!
He is also inside of us! The Bible says our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit.
How do we know the Bible is true?

We should love him with all of our Heart, mind and strength!
What should we do when we sin?
We should confess our sin to the Lord and ask for his forgiveness.
How do we know Jesus is God?
Jesus is God because He
1. Was there and involved in the creation of the world
2. Never sinned even though He lived a human life like you and me
3. Returned to heaven to sit at the right hand of God the Father
4. The Bible tells us Jesus is God.
What else do we have to do to make sure we are saved?
Nothing. Jesus did ALL of the work on the cross.
If you believe that Jesus is God and he died to save you from your sins, and that he rose to life on the third day, then you are saved!!
How does the Holy Spirit help us?

The Holy Spirit helps believers in many ways. He:
• Guides us to know truth (John 16:13)
• Helps us to pray (Romans 8:26)
• Gives us power to share our faith (Acts 1:8)
• Shows us our sin (John 16:8)
