- The holy spirit comes down and fills the Apostles allowing them to speak in tongues (This is the first time the holy spirit filled believers to dwell in them permanently and help them)
- The Apostles go out and start prophesying and preaching Jesus to the people gathered in Jerusalem. There were people from all over (different countries & different languages) and they all heard the disciples speaking in their native tongues/languages and were amazed.
- St. Peter gives his legendary sermon where he explains to everyone listening about Jesus being resurrected/defeating death and him being the Son of God. He tells those there to repent and be baptized in Jesus' name for the remission of sins and for them to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
