What are the freedoms of religion, press, speech, petition and assembly under the 1st Amendment; right to bare arms and state militia under the 2nd Amendment; no quartering of soldiers in peace or wartime under the 3rd Amendment; unreasonable search and seizures under the 4th Amendment; protects from double jeopardy, witness against themselves, tried for a crime with an indictment, due process of law and paid a fair price if the government takes property under the 5th Amendment; and guaranteed the right to a fair, fast and public trial, right to be present in court and have a lawyer represent them under the 6th Amendment.
