What are specifiers?
This is your standard session code, for the "50-minute session, which is 38-52 minutes. You'll almost always bill this code, and it is usually the only reimbursable code for EAPs.

F32 is major depressive disorder, single episode. F33 is major depressive disorder, X - the 2nd number is the change.

These are the 4 diagnoses for which you might bill 90837 (53-60 minutes) as they are complex and can take longer to work with during a given session.
