Give a solution for the problem of trade barges driving over the coral reefs and killing off the species by reducing the amount of light getting to the reefs. JUSTIFY YOUR ANSWER.
Answers may vary.

The barges should take another route that goes around the reefs. If they do this then the reefs will get the sunlight that the producers need, allowing the base of the community to stay strong, supporting the rest of the community. This is important because we do not want to reduce biodiversity.
