RFL is a service that can help you with mental health struggles free of charge. They offer live 24 hour support. They have a very diverse set of offerings from legal and financial services, reduced cost counseling and suicide prevention.
How much college education does a Tier 1 associate need to promote to an L4 area manager after being a blue badge associate for 2 years?
None - Zero - Nada. You are eligible to apply to the L4 AM role as soon as you reach your two years of blue badge. We encourage associates that do not have outside management experience to apply for the L3 Process Assistant role instead to gain the experience required to become an Area Manager.
What should you be checking every day you work at SMF1?
Your time on AtoZ! Always double check to make sure your punches are correct and report to HR if there is an error.
Why are headphones not allowed at SMF1?
