You've typed out your community post and have set the live date, but your post is not submitting. Why could this be?
The live date is either set in the past or too far in the future.
This is the only reason a post will refuse to go submit! Remember, live dates will only go to a year in the future.
Why is your assignment not populating when you click the create button?
One of the required text boxes have been left blank. Remember, any box that has the * sign must be filled in for the grade to populate.
Why is your graded assignment not showing up in your grade book?
1) The live date is incorrect
2) The grade is posted in an incorrect class folder
It's the first day of school, what login information should you give your students?
Username: MNPS email
Password: Initial of first name capitalized, initial of last name lowercase, 6-digit birthday
The class says they can't see the community post that you shared. Why could this be?
1) The date set to go live is not correct.
2) The "create post" button wasn't clicked.
3) The post was not created in the correct class's folder.
Any one of these reasons earns points!

The grade has not been taken out of private viewing mode. Remember, the "student view" button must be clicked for students to have access to the grade book!

That Bradley is added to your class roster. If not, contact the IT department!

1) That Carmen's grades are not still in private viewing mode

Your coworker says every time she tries to login in on blackboard.com she gets an error message. Why is this?
She has to login using the MNPS folder on her district provided laptop. Once in the folder, she can just click on the Blackboard icon.
