Yes as long as the person is not submerged. Whenever possible move to a dry surface.

Sounds similar to a snort, snore, groan, gurgle or gasp.
What is the best AED placement for infants?
1 pad on the chest and 1 pad on the back
What do you do if the responsive choking person goes unresponsive?
Begin CPR starting with chest compressions, do not check for a pulse
Can you use an AED on a pregnant woman?
YES: Shock from an AED will not harm the baby.
What is an opioid emergency?
Respiratory depression can result in respiratory arrest and cardiac arrest
