How is a factory reset performed on a v4 W/D sensor?

What is: 

i. Remove the sensor cover

ii. Remove CR2 battery from sensor

iii. Depress tamper switch before inserting battery

iv. Insert battery. The sensor should illuminate the LED once the boot-up/initialization tasks are complete.

v. Release the tamper switch while the LED is illuminated (will be illuminated for 4 seconds). The sensor should then reset to factory default settings and begin searching for Smart Home Hub.

vi. If the customer needs to reboot the device, have them remove the battery, depress and release the tamper switch one time, and reinsert battery.

vii. Place cover back on sensor
