Delivery to port Aransas

This requires an email to routing for available days. Minimum fee is 599.99 and routing will determine the days we can go. Once confirmed with the customer, we will email routing to schedule. I use port Aransas as an example, this serves for any quote only area.

Mood base and storage bed

Couple of things, confirm the height of the bed. Most of the time this will cause the mattress to sit very high. Next you will need some sort of foundation, most of the time the plywood decking is the right choice due to the height of the bed.

Do As Is items get repaired before going on delivery? 

No, they are sold as is and the price reflects that.

1 for 1 on the same floor in the house. Very helpful if the move is known ahead of time and is in the notes.

Sold an item off the floor

Fill out a sold tag and place it on the product (blue tape is helpful). Take a picture of the item and surrounding area and email to sanfloor@bobmills.com. Include the ticket number and delivery date in the email. A sold item without a sold tag is free game.

Customer pickup

Customers have no need to come into the store. Customers should drive to the CPU doors and ring the doorbell or call the number on the sign. Customers tend to get upset when coming in the store for pickup and we send them right back out to drive around the side of the building.

When does TD bill the customer and what is the due date

Customer will be billed on the 15th with the due date on the 9th. If merchandise is delivered on the 16th the customer wont be billed until the following month.

What is required at the end of the night

Walk your section and fluff. Breakroom trash should be taken out and counters wiped down. Waters should be filled. The showroom and breakroom should be ready for a Bob visit each and every morning.

We cannot specify timeframes. No matter how much we would like to we cannot. Please have customer pick a day that they are available all day. We will give them a 2 hour time window the day before.
