The Mirror is normally $1,495 plus applicable tax, a $39 monthly Membership, and $250 for white glove delivery and installation.

Can other Members see you when working out?

When you join a class, you can see the names and locations of other Members who are taking the class with you. You have the option to send emojis and encouraging messages to your classmates to keep them motivated during their workout!

The guest should take over the checkout experience once The Mirror is in the cart and our store's promo code is applied.

Yes! Mirror streams new classes each week from their studio in NYC.

How long is a Mirror membership good for?

The MIRROR Membership comes with a one-year commitment, after which point you may cancel or switch to a month-to-month Membership. Without a Membership, your Mirror becomes a beautiful, full-length mirror for non-fitness use.

How many people can be on one membership?

The Membership provides access to unlimited classes for up to six members.

Can Instructors see you while working out?

During a Live Class, MIRROR’s instructors can view your personal profile and heart rate data, but can not see you.

There's an option to preload any of our thousands of classes from our On Demand library to optimize your streaming experience and prevent buffering throughout your workout. 

Each Mirror can store up to 10 hours of workouts.

The Mirror's camera is activated during Personal Training sessions only, never during Live and On Demand classes.

You must clear the cache from the browser. This is how you keep all of your guest’s data safe. Instructions are in the manual.

Are there personal training offerings?

You can book a one-on-one Personal Training Session for an additional $40 per session.

You're experiencing a technical issue with The Mirror during a Guest interaction. What do you do?

Tell the guest, “Apologies, but we’re experiencing technical issues in the store today.” Then alert your Floor Leader. If you have a secondary display Mirror, utilize that to complete the experience.
