-Good stress is eustress. It can usually make your body stronger and make you better for certain situations. An example of good stress is being in a clutch moment in a sports game or studying hard for a test to make a good grade.

-Bad stress is distress. It usually causes sickness or PTSD, and can lead to other things such as cardiovascular disease. An example of bad stress is being in a combative situation in a war or being in a really bad car crash that you could get PTSD from both of these situations.
