Verse 1
Now the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 2“Go and proclaim in the hearing of Jerusalem that this is what the LORD says:
What had been withheld because of Israel's sin?
What did God tell the people of Judah and Jerusalem to "break up"?

Run through the city to find someone who executed judgment and seeks truth.
Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it.

Because he expected the leaders to know God's ways.

What did God say about His people's wisdom and about what were they ignorant?
they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.

What were the prophets, priests, and people doing wrong in verses 30–31?
The prophets prophesied falsely, the priests ruled by their own authority, and the people loved it that way.
