When I answered it there was a woman on the other side of the line she was screaming and a little bit out of breath as if she was running. I kept on asking her to slow down and talk normally and if she calmed down I would be able to call someone. But she wasn’t paying any attention to what I said. Then suddenly there was a loud screech and a ripping sound.
