Do you go to the store and get the groceries or not since the client clearly can make it to the store to buy the vodka?
Since the client can obviously go to the store to get the alcohol i would encourage her to get up and go to the store of try and next time make one trip instead of just going for the vodka.

Yes, it is a proper boundary to assert yourself and stick to your tasks and not allow another co-worker to take advantage of you.
