It is important to have a list of coping skills that you know will work because you will be more aware of how to use them in difficult situations.
Clenched fists, feeling hot, racing thoughts, tight muscles, upset stomach, etc.
Conflict is sometimes healthy in friendships so you can make sure you hear other people out and problem solve how you can communicate better in the future.
Talk about a time you realized a friend wasn't good for you. Tell the group about how it made you feel and how you determined this wasn't a good friend.
