Ronnie is not looking forward to going to the store with dad. He thinks is going to be boring like when he goes to the store with mom however once there he likes seeing all the tools and the big machinery.

Because it is not as boring as looking at clothes, food, games or toys like when he goes with mom.
Why do you think Ronnie says that picking faucets it's harder that picking a puppy at the pound?
Because there are so many of them that it is hard to choose like picking a puppy at the pound. There are so many puppies and they are so cute that it is hard to just pick one.
