if you see cyberbullying happen to someone online you can anonymously help support the victim by reporting harmful posts, reporting certain messages so that the situation wont spread any further.

Laughing at someone, joining in with the bully are ways bullying is encouraged.
A person sees a hurtful post about a classmate and shares it with their friends, even though they didn't create the original post.
A environment that encourages students/people to respect differences, support one another, and make sure everyone is included.

listening to them / reassuring them that they're not alone / encourage them to tell a trusted adult.
