Any physical contact that would hurt or injure a person.

They can act aggressively towards another person with physical actions -- like kicking, hitting, punching.
What can we do when we seeing bullying happen?
Help the person talk to an adult. Report the bullying to adults. Defend the person. Tell the bully to stop. Discourage the bully. Stand next to the person. Help the person walk away.
What should you do if you are being bullied?
You should tell a trusted adult if you are being bullied. Adults can help us figure out how to navigate or figure out the situation.
