Tell them the truth! Let them know that that mentor is away for now but that you'll let them know soon as he or she is coming back!

What do I do in case of an earthquake while at site?
Gather children if no other adult in the room and quickly go to the basketball courts outside of the building.

What should you do every day when you arrive at site? When you've read with a scholar? When you leave site? And at the beginning of team meetings?
Sign in to Caltime when arriving. Record the session in the form folder. Sign out of Caltime when leaving. And submit session information online at team meetings.

Two scholars are insulting each other and calling one another names. What do you do?
Try to diffuse the situation and separate them. Then tell the director(s) present and the site supervisor to help sort out the situation, or talk to the scholars yourself if you feel comfortable. Just make sure they know calling each other names isn't okay
