What is: have the resident start washing their belongings in hot water, and inform them not to move to another space. Place a work order to get the exterminator out here (typically here on Wednesday but will come sooner if needed). If the resident is fighting about needing to move, contact the RD on duty.
A beeping smoke detector should be handled by calling this department for a battery replacement.
What is JCI?
If a toilet is overflowing, the CA should do this before calling JCI.
What is turn off the water to the toilet?
If vandalism occurs without bias, the CA should contact this department and complete these forms.

When a resident loses their key, the CA must notify this person.

A student reports their room has no power. The CA checks the breaker, and it still doesn’t work. What next?
