The Hypersace toolbar icon clicked that will start the Transcribe Order workflow.

This tab on the patient's Appointment Desk will show Orders that need to be scheduled.

During scheduling, this type of warning fires 3 times if Referral authorization is needed.
What is the Referral Warning or Point of Service Warning?
This is a series of questions designed to help ensure the visit is scheudled correctly.
What is a Decision Tree?
If the patient is not available, this person can answer the MSPQ questions.
Who is the Patient's Representative?
For New patients, this type of order should be Transcribed.
What is an Ambulatory Order for Referral?
This will auto populate on the Make Appointment form when scheduling from an Order.
What is the Visit Type or Provider/Resource?
Apply one of these to quickly poplulate fields on the Referral Record.
What is a Referral (RFL) Template?
When scheduling to a subgroup of providers, using this tool will allow for the visit to be scheduled with the next available provider.
What is Auto Serach?
When a patient has a secondary coverage and to determine filing order, this field may need to be manually updated.
What is the Covered Through field?
They are the 3 classes of Ambulatory Orders for Referral.
What are Internal, Incoming, and Outgoing?
The Start Search On field on the Make Appointment form is populated with the date listed in this part of the Order.
What is the Expected date?
A Referral Record is automatically created when this is transcribed in the system.
What is an Order?
Located on the Appointment Review screen, patients should be made aware of this value if it is present at the time of scheduling.
What is a Copay?
This is the hyperlink that is used to update the Covered Through field.
What is the Coverage Info hyperlink?
This Order Status will make the Order "Schedulable?"
What is Future?
This is cancelled when using the Cancel Request workflow.
What is the Order's Scheduling Request.
The Referral Record is linked to the visit when you schedule from this.
