This year I developed a process for gathering requirements at the start of projects to ensure project teams are all in alignment on goals. I shared this process with all PMs to establish the same results across the PMO.

"On all projects I engaged proper resources well in advance by reviewing the project charter with key stakeholders and ensuring the scope and resources were in alignment. I continued to keep the resources on track with weekly (or daily, as needed) check-ins, and helped provide clear directions to resources on work that was required and encouraged positive feedback when target results were met."
