2. Look it up in the Courses Reserves tab on the Library website by title, instructor's name, or course code.

3.If the item is in Open Reserves, write down the call number and direct them to it; if on Closed Reserve, grab it for them; if not on Reserve, try a general catalog search and look in the Reserves spreadsheets.

The procedure for "renewing" a Reserve item for a library user.

1. Open their library account and go to the Returns tab. 

2. Take a quick look through the item to check for damage. If there isn't any, scan it back in. If there is, do not check it in!

3.  Click on the Loans tab in the user's account and scan the item again to loan it back out. 

4. Write the new due date on the checkout slip and verbally inform the user.

What is...

Chase House: Named for Dr. Reuben Chase, who was Bothell’s first doctor and lived in the Chase House in the late 1880s. He also used it as his office and the city’s first hospital. Currently used by the UWB/CC Groundskeeping Team.

Truly House: Named for the Boone/Truly Family, who were cattle ranchers on this land in the early 1900s, with 450 head of beef cattle at its peak. The family resided in the Truly House and raised their family on the land. Currently used by staff in the Office of Connected Learning.
