What is the Campus Agreement
Priorities of the Principal or Campus Improvement Plan (CIP).

What is the Campus Needs Assessment?
This is how CIS staff document the services to be provided or coordinated during the school year.
What is the Campus Service Delivery Plan?
The Principal, Assistant Principal, & Site Coordinator.
Who attends the Campus Agreement meeting?
Expected timeframe for collecting and monitoring campus goal data and progress throughout the year.
What is the Campus Goal Monitoring Plan?
Documentation such as staff member’s name, date of meeting, and any additional notes & input from students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders, as needed are recorded here.

Grounded in using data to inform all programmatic decisions and includes 5 stages to deliver proven success outcomes.

These must be aligned to the needs identified during the Campus Needs Assessment process and to the Campus Goals.

Each Site Coordinator will be responsible for drafting their Campus Agreement and getting the sign-off from?
