In mediation it is important that all parties in a conflict feel heard. It is also important to avoid misunderstandings.

They help us acknowledge our feelings and effectively communicate them to others.

90 seconds! 

 It takes “less than 90 seconds” for an emotion to get triggered, surge chemically through the blood stream, then get flushed out.
