Report it anyway. During the day, contact your direct supervisor or if it's after hours call the RD on duty to consult.
Does the student have a choice of not reporting at all even if administrators are aware of sexual misconduct information.

What does ASP stand for and what is the role?
Administrative Support Person. They are Reslife staff members and their role is to be a liaison to students (grad, undergrad, commuter, and residents) when going through our CARE system at Fordham University. There are responsible in provide information on CARE process, set up logistical appointments, answer questions, provide emotional support, etc...

No only role CSA has is to notify university officials of the information. Reslife provides ASPs, CPS provides emotional support, and Public safety investigates.
