Before Supper
What do we do before we enter the cafeteria?
Wait quietly in line for Ms. Jody to check us in.
Where do we wait in line for supper?
To the left of the counter.
Is it ok to use the restroom during recess?
YES! But one person at a time.
Is it ok to use the restroom during enrichment?
YES. But not until after Ms. Kristin finishes giving directions.
When is it ok to talk during reading?
Never!
Where are we allowed to sit?
At the Blue tables, unless:
1) we ask Ms. Kristin first
2) it's Free Choice Friday
When is it ok to sit down with our food?
AFTER Ms. Jody or Ms. Kristin check us out.
What do we do if others aren't playing a game the way we want?
If no one is getting hurt, choose a new activity. If someone is hitting, kicking, or using unkind words, tell Ms. Coco or Ms. Kristin.
How do we do a check in?
1) Give a number on how we're feeling one to ten with or without a couple sentences why
2) say "pass"
When is it ok to throw things?
ONLY on the playground during a game. Otherwise you will lose your ENTIRE recess or the following days recess.
Which activities are options?
Reading, drawing, board games if Ms. Kristin says ok.
True or False: it's ok to ignore grown ups when Ms. Kristin is not in the room.
FALSE. We listen to all directions grown ups give!
Is it EVER ok to touch the blue and yellow swing?
NO. First time is a warning, second time you will go inside.
Are enrichment activities optional?
No. We do the enrichment activity and follow directions. Ms. Kristin should NEVER have to answer "do we have to do this?" or ask us to put books or other items away.

What should our bodies be doing AND how loud should our voices be?
They should be calm and sitting. Voices should be at "table talk" volume.
True or False: it's ok to have a book or drawing supplies out if you aren't eating anything.
TRUE. But they must be put away before line up OR if a grown up asks RIGHT AWAY.
Is it ok to go up the slide?
NO. Just like at school we go DOWN the slide.
When do you have to clean up after yourself?
ALWAYS. If you don't clean your mess when you're called to go home you may lose a ticket!
What happens if you earn AT LEAST three tickets per week for ten weeks?
You get to go to the good behavior party!
When is it time to clean up?
When the bus arrives OR the FIRST TIME a grown up asks RIGHT AWAY.
What's the best way to be on time for recess?
Cleaning up after ourselves as soon as we're finished eating and waiting quietly.
What happens when the whistle blows?
We stop and line up in a straight line RIGHT AWAY. We turn our voices OFF so Ms. Kristin can tell us where we're going.
How many times does Ms. Kristin have to ask us to clean up?
ONCE. And we do it RIGHT AWAY. Otherwise you may lose a ticket!
When can you earn a ticket for the weekly ticket drawing?
Only on days you're at CARE.
