What is the difference between a goal and a SMART goal?
A goal might be simplistic. (for example. I want to do better at school. A smart goal is much more specific and provides a plan of action. I want to do better in my Careers class and to accomplish this I will ensure that I read all instructions twice each time before starting an assignment to ensure I know what to do.
