Ramps, grab bars, posted signage at eye level, handicap showers, lift vans, access to community with outings, home visits, power doors, personal shopping, onsite salon, accessibility to doctors and etc.

What do you do if there is a bomb threat?

How often do you need the following: TB test, CPR, CPI & fit testing?
TB - every 3 years, CPR - every 2 years, CPI and fit testing yearly.
What do you do if you suspect participant neglect or abuse?
Immediately report to your manager, complete incident report (IR), assist with investigation process and ensure immediate safety of participant/s. If manager is unavailable or does not respond, notify director or Sevita hotline. Quality Improvement (QI) will notify state regulatory personnel.

How do we ensure a safe and healthy environment for our participants?
Monthly environmental inspections completed, maintenance order system to ensure prompt follow up, temp logs on all refrigerators, required monthly drills, vehicle audits, vaccination program.
