Laughter relaxes your muscles in your body, laughter stimulates your organs which allows you to take in more oxygen, laughter lowers your stress hormones and increases your feel good hormones.

Why did Jaden tell you that it's important to spread out your studying over multiple days instead of cramming it all in the night before the exam/pulling an all nighter. 

Sleep helps turn new information into a long term memory. The more nights sleep you can have between studying the more likely it is for you to remember information. As well, the more rested you are the more alert and present you are for your exam.
