What are the steps to help with multiple single slot enumeration?

1. Before powering on your dock, disconnect the external power cable and USB cable.
2. Press the power button on the dock and wait for 30 seconds for all devices to enumerate. Devices will light up twice during the start-up, please wait until the second time the white LED is ON before continuing with step 3.
3. Once the devices have lit up twice, plug in the power cable and then wait 10 seconds.
4. After 10 seconds, plug in the USB cable. The full dock of devices should now appear.
