A sacrament where a priest anoints the forehead and hands with blessed oil, uniting the sick person with Christ's Passion, offering spiritual healing, peace, courage, forgiveness of sins, and sometimes physical restoration, preparing them for eternal life by giving grace to endure illness or old age and bringing them into a deep encounter with Jesus' healing presence.

What is a covenant?
The sacrament that confers the mission and grace of Christ's apostolic ministry to bishops, priests, and deacons, enabling them to serve the Church through preaching, teaching, and celebrating sacraments, marked by the indelible spiritual character left by the laying on of hands by a bishop.
What is Holy Orders?
This day we celebrate the end of Mary's (the Mother of Jesus) earthly life and that she was taken up body and soul into heavenly glory by God's power, not by her own.
