Oh my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended thee, and I detest all my sins because I dread the loss of Heaven and pains of Hell, but most of all because I have offended thee my God who art all good and deserving of my love. Oh my God, I firmly believe that thou art one God in 3 persons, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. I believe that the Divine Son became man and died for our sins and that he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe all these truths which the Holy Catholic Church teaches, because thou hast revealed them, who can not deceive nor be deceived. Amen
