Act of Contrition
Oh my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended thee, and I detest all my sins because I dread the loss of Heaven and pains of Hell, but most of all because I have offended thee my God who art all good and deserving of my love. I firmly resolve with the help of thy grace to confess my sins, to do penance, and to amend my life. Amen

Assumption: She was assumed into Heaven.

It is necessary to be in a state of grace and to fast according to the laws of the church.

Original sin is the sin we have all contracted by Adam's disobedience.

Act of Faith
Oh my God, I firmly believe that thou art one God in 3 persons, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. I believe that the Divine Son became man and died for our sins and that he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe all these truths which the Holy Catholic Church teaches, because thou hast revealed them, who can not deceive nor be deceived. Amen

Trinity: The mystery of one God in three Divine Persons.
Incarnation: The mystery of the son of God becoming Man.
Redemption: The mystery of Jesus Christ dying on the cross for the salvation of all men.

Conformation is a sacrament through which we receive the Holy Ghost to make us strong and perfect Christians and soldiers of Jesus Christ.

Six Precepts of the Church

Conditions to Make a Good Confession
We must have contrition for our sins, we must confess them, and we must make satisfaction for them, examination of conscience, and purpose of amendment.
