Shoah is a friend to people of all ages. He keeps his friends for years. He is very encouraging and tries to cheer them up when they are down. He is brave, kindhearted, and stands up when he thinks things are unjust or unfair. He is blunt, and will say what he thinks.

Pretty much everywhere in Okanogan County. Shoah has never known a stranger. He seems to know everyone at the Stampede, the Okanogan County Fair, and Hartzells say they have not found a local town where he does not have friends.
